Liability Release

Waiver and Release of Liability:

I, the undersigned, understand and acknowledge that participating in the Baby-Wearing Dance Class involves inherent risks, including but not limited to the risk of injury (for myself and my baby), illness, and damage to personal property. I am aware that these risks may result from my own actions or the actions of others.

In consideration of being permitted to participate in the Baby-Wearing Dance Class, I agree to assume all risks associated with my participation. I hereby release, discharge, and hold harmless Big Little Wins, its instructors, employees, and affiliates from any and all liability, claims, demands, actions, or causes of action whatsoever arising out of or related to any loss, damage, or injury, including death, that may be sustained by me or my child during the class.

I understand that it is my responsibility to consult with a physician before participating in any physical activity, including the Baby-Wearing Dance Class, especially if I am pregnant or have any pre-existing medical conditions.

I agree to comply with all instructions and guidelines provided by the instructors and staff of Big Little Wins during the Baby-Wearing Dance Class.

Photography and Media Release:

I grant Big Little Wins Fitness permission to use photographs or videos of me and my child taken during the Baby-Wearing Dance Class for promotional and marketing purposes, including but not limited to the Company's website, social media, and other advertising materials.

I have read and understand the terms of this waiver and release of liability.
